Ozonna, Son of Governor Soludo, Urges Unity in Letter to Tinubu

Ozonna, son of Anambra State Governor and former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Charles Soludo, has addressed a heartfelt message to President Bola Tinubu, calling for national unity, mutual respect, and inclusive governance across Nigeria.

In his statement, Ozonna emphasized the need for a new era in the country, rooted in freedom, dignity, and equal opportunity for all citizens. He stressed that the nation deserves policies that promote growth, peace, and compassion, rather than deepen divisions.

Ozonna wrote:

“Tinubu, I believe Nigeria is ready for a new era, one rooted in unity, freedom, dignity, and equal opportunity for all citizens. Our nation deserves growth, peace, and compassion, not policies that deepen division. Love, humanity, and mutual respect should never be feared. Ka anyi jikota biko.”

The Igbo phrase “Ka anyi jikota biko” translates to “Let’s unite, please,” highlighting Ozonna’s appeal for cohesion and solidarity among Nigerians.

The message reflects the family’s commitment to civic engagement and national development, underscoring the importance of leadership, unity, and respect as Nigeria navigates its social, economic, and political challenges.
